Week of May 13th~17th  


Language Arts
In reading, students will analyze a model in order to create an effective press release. Students will plan a press release about the results of the class project, and then collaborate with their peers to write a press release and impact of the class project.

Math
In math, students will continue to review 4th grade math concepts.

In social studies, students will the unit on Reconstruction. We will be discussing Jim Crow laws and Black Codes as well as reconstruction review activities.
